Matt helped us buy a home after we returned to Southern California. He was very patient and did not rush us as we looked at many homes and spent a long time searching before we made some key decisions (location, price point, etc). Matt is honest and professional and not a pushy salesman. He was always available and very responsive to our questions and needs throughout the search, negotiation, and escrow process.

Matt did a phenomenal job as our listing agent. As this was our first experience through the leasing process, Matt did a great job of walking us through the process. He was very pro-active in terms of responding to leads, advising about local market trends, and thoroughly understood the process front to back. We were selling our house in CA and buying another in AZ at the same time.
